Weird bug

Hello,
I had this problem in last days again.
And I used 2.8.2 (updated from 2.8.1 about month ago)

It happened without any user action.
I tried disable setting backup and app backup, but nothing helped. I tried many times restart phone after change settings, but maaloo icon was black and there was no way to start it.

In the same time was not possible to backup app. Only setting backup finished without error. Backing up apps finished with error after long time pause on 19%.

Today I removed maaloo geocaching apps from phone. Removed SD cards, format it in PC and in phone to starts from scratch. I installed maaloo and moved it to SD card. Then I manually started settings backup and apps backup. All worked fine.
Then I downloaded map tiles for off-line usage (about 180 MB) and started manually settings+apps backup (in settings) again. Backup was successful again (backup size = 53 MB on Onedrive now).

Now everything works, but what is source of described problem with "black icon" and impossible application start, I don't know. But it happened 2 times in last 3 months.

Last autumn this problem started happening again with my app. But now the live tile has stayed black only for maximum two hours each time. My automatic backup has been set off.

Today I was downloading offline maps for my Windows maps- app, and immediately after starting the download, I was unable to start Maaloo Geocaching. After the maps were installed, the Maaloo tile was black no more. So i think this problem might have some kind of connection with automatic map updates for the maps- app. I turned my automatic updates off.
