Map download stuck

Hi,

Trying to download offline map won't work (map download / Online / Regional / Map1.eu ie.), no map appears to appoint section. The position symbol and the selector rectangle is there, but the maaloo background is displayed instead of map. I can wait forever it just won't change and this can be done with any ot the maps offered.

This is a maaloo Outdoor 2.5.3 and a WP 8.1 on Nokia Lumia 920 phone.

Is there any trick to know about? Thanks for any help.

Does the online maps work at all, also without downloading them?
Did you tried another WLAN-connection?

I had the problem too...
Check under Map options/Map if you have deselected the checkbox Offline under Internet access.
