Recording interval

Hello,
I have Malloo Outdoor 2.2.6 with following settings;
minimal track point distance: 2m
required accuracy: 100m
and I have 6h track from a car. Most of the time I was on the highway, so I suppose that each second I had more than 2m difference. But, unfortunately, saved track has 2001 points, what is in the average each 10 second..
Could you please kindly help me, what's wrong?

Hi Olimic,
thanks for your answer, I thought, that it will be something like this, I'm just wondering, why second app, which I use as track logger, can log each 1,5s. But there is issue, that after several hours, logging is broken from some reason. So, I was happy that maaloo didn't fail..

I guess, feature, like auto save track after e.g. 1000 points and creation of the new track, isn't supported?

Auto save of track pieces would be a nice option. But this would also require a merge feature, to concat the pieces. I will add this to the ToDo-list
